Policies on Returns, Exchanges and Guarantees
WESTSIDE BIKER GEAR is in hopes that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we offer a 30-day Merchandise Exchange or Money Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the merchandise to us within a 30-day period from the date your order was purchased.
Before returning any item, please refer to the return instructions noted below. Please include a copy of the original invoice that was shipped along with the merchandise you are returning. Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange merchandise that has been used.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to the original payment method that was charged equaling the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable. We will exchange defective items within 15 days of the date you received your order. Any defective items must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when you originally received it (in the event the merchandise is provided with its own unique guarantee you must refer to the stipulations of that particular merchandise guarantee).
Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. If you are requesting an exchange of merchandise, you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the new replacement items. In the event that WESTSIDE BIKER GEAR ships an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned merchandise for the credit to be issued to your original payment method. We will issue a credit as soon as we receive and process your return, however, your payment method may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.
